Step One: Consultation It's simple, fill out our online Order Form/Printing Agreement or just give us a call toll free at 1-800-818-6189 or 808-874-8808. We will ask you a few questions about your art and review the process with you, including substrates (paper or canvas), coatings and sizes. Upon request we can mail or fax a copy of our standard printing agreement. The agreement allows you to spell out what your needs are preventing miscommunications or conflicts. Please initial the paragraphs which apply to your order and enclose it (if faxing/mailing) when you send us your transparency, digital file/scan or original art and the $250.00 deposit. Step Two: Providing your file or original art to be prepped for output See [Production Specs] for info about providing safety margins around your work for printing/stretching. You have 3 ways to provide your art to us: 1. Deliver your original art to Maui Giclée - We'll scan/shoot your art to convert to digital format or use your digital files provided they meet our production standards. 2. Deliver your files on disk to Maui Giclée (See Production Specs link above) 3. Send your files to Maui Giclée by uploading them via our online Drop Box (maximum 2 GB file/upload)(this process does not support OS9/Internet Explorer 5) Follow these easy steps - [Upload Instructions]
Step Three: Making a Proof Under most conditions it should take about 10-14 days to provide you with a 9X12 proof on the same substrate (paper or canvas) as your final image will be printed. To refer to our [Pricing] If you need more information see our [Production Specs]
Step Four: Approving your Proof Once you have approved the proof your order will be completed within ten working days.
Step Five: Custom Framing (optional) Don't forget that we have a full-service Framing Department that can add the finishing touch to showcase your fine art. To view a sampling of our [ frames ]
Step Six: Shipping Maui Giclée ships globally. Artists worldwide entrust us to provide them with the finest quality Giclée print and framing services.
