Getting Started/File Upload - [Uploading FAQs] [It's not your first time: Upload Files Here]

5 Easy Steps for First Time Users:

Step One: Please enter your email address in both areas of Step One and Two (ie. customer@something.com)
Step Two: Please Enter your Email Address Here Too - along with comments about your job in the message area (limited to 100 characters) (ie. desired substrate canvas or paper, finished size, proof needed, your phone number etc.
Step Three: Make sure to zip or stuff (compress) your file and then select your file(s) to be uploaded by clicking on the "Browse" button (maximum 2 GB file/upload)
Step Four: Send Your File. You will be able to watch the upload process and will receive a "File(s) sent successfully!" message. Do not close your browser until the process is complete. (If you have any questions check our Upload FAQs above)
Step Five: You will receive a "YouSendIt" confirmation email. The email will indicate how many files were received along with the time and date of the upload. A representative will call or email you with any questions or concerns within 24 hours.
